We have had a busy half term in class 1. We have been out looking for signs of the seasons, we found lots of winter ones and we are looking forward to being able to see signs of spring soon.

We celebrated the start of the Chinese year of the rat with a special day filled with all sorts of activities. We made Chinese dragons, had some visitors who taught us some chinese language and learnt some tai chi.

We have started our swimming lessons at Poulton-le-Fylde baths and we are doing really well, growing in confidence all the time. Some of us are even starting to swim without our armbands!

We love reading in class 1 and we have been on a trip to Knott End library to see what they have on offer. We went on the 2C bus which was really exciting and we enjoyed Storytime while we were there. We found out all about how the library works.
